WHAT KIND OF HOME CARE SERVICES DO YOU PROVIDE?

Gardens of Western Reserve Home Care provides multiple services that are personalized for the need of you or your loved one. Here’s a small list of homecare services:

Companionship Care, Physical Assistance, Bathing/Personal Hygiene, Dressing/Feeding Assistance, Range of Motion Exercise, Encourage Good Nutrition, Fall Prevention, Bed/Immobility Care, Hospice Support Care, Transferring Assistance, Organize Household, Housekeeping, Laundry and Ironing, Schedule and Accompany to Appointments, Memory Care Services, and Garbage Removal.

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN IN BUSINESS?

The Management of the Gardens of Western Reserve Home Care has over 60 years of experience combined in providing adult residential care services. We are privately and locally owned. It is not a publicly traded company. The owners are actively involved in the day-to -day operations and they are their client’s strongest advocates.

WHERE DO YOU PROVIDE SERVICES?

We provide services in your home, nursing homes, assisted living or hospitals. We can go anywhere you are!

ARE YOUR CAREGIVERS INSURED AND BONDED?

Yes. To help ensure the safety and well being of our clients, we perform a criminal history background clearance and then cover each caregiver with liability and worker’s compensation insurance.

WILL I HAVE A CHOICE WHO COMES TO MY HOME?

Yes. We encourage your involvement in the decision-making process. With our screening and selection system, you can rest assured that we do our best to take the guesswork out of matching the right caregiver to you and your family. We always try to accommodate any requests you may have for a change in caregivers.

WILL MY FAMILY MEMBER HAVE A ROUTINE STAFF FROM THE SAME CAREGIVERS?

Our goal is to establish a long-term caregiving relationship with you and your loved one. We understand that a strong relationship and trust with a caregiver is vial to a successful home care experience.

CAN YOU HELP WITH MEDICATIONS?

Yes. In fact, medication reminders are one of our most requested services. We can also report any side effects and assist with pre-measured medication packages.

CAN I CHANGE OR DISCONTINUE THE SERVICES MY LOVED ONE RECEIVES?

Yes. You can change the number or type of service we provide your loved one whenever it’s necessary. We understand the care situation can quickly change., so we’re as flexible as possible with your loved one’s care. You are never bound to any contract, we can change services with a phone call!

WHAT ARE THE COSTS OF YOUR HOME CARE SERVICES?

Our home care services are typically billed on an hourly basis with a 4 hour minimum. We invoice one a month. Most Long Term Care Policies cover our services!

ARE HOME CARE HOURS COVERED BY INSURANCE OR MEDICARE?

No. Long Term Care Insurance usually covers home care services.

DO I PAY THE CAREGIVER DIRECTLY?

No. We invoice once a month.
